Bunlardan ilki Abraham Harold <strong>Maslow<\/strong>\u2019un<sup><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/sup> <em>ihtiya\u00e7lar hiyerar\u015fisi<\/em> teorisidir ve insan ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n fiziksel ihtiya\u00e7lardan \u00f6z-g\u00fcncellemeye (self-actualization) uzanan be\u015f temel seviyede yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrer. \u0130kinci pop\u00fcler teori ise Frederick Irving <strong>Herzberg<\/strong>\u2019in<sup><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/sup> <em>\u00e7ift-etmen <\/em>(two factor) teorisidir. Bu teoriye g\u00f6re motivasyonda etkin olan fakt\u00f6rler <em>motive edici fakt\u00f6rler <\/em>(yoklu\u011funda doyumsuzluk veya mutsuzluk olu\u015fmayan, ancak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda mutluluk olu\u015fan fakt\u00f6rler) ve <em>hijyen fakt\u00f6rleri <\/em>(yoklu\u011funda doyumsuzlu\u011fa mutsuzlu\u011fa sebep olan fakt\u00f6rler) olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015f ortam\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda \u201cmotive edici fakt\u00f6rlerin ancak hijyen fakt\u00f6rlerinin tatmin edilmesinden sonra etkili olaca\u011f\u0131\u201d Herzberg taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. Ancak bu sonucun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcniversite ortam\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma, bilgimiz d\u00e2hilinde de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir teori ise John <strong>Adair<\/strong>\u2019in<sup><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/sup> <em>\u00fc\u00e7 halka modeli<\/em>dir. Bu modele g\u00f6re motivasyonun bile\u015fenleri \u00fc\u00e7 halka olarak <em>g\u00f6rev<\/em>, <em>tak\u0131m<\/em> ve <em>birey<\/em>dir.
