- Too costly
- Too risky (dependence on others)
IT and Analytics need to be under the same roof.
Larger companies and mission-critical SMEs: in-house capability is needed (and already late).
SMEs can outsource through freelance sites: toptal.com, upwork.com (≈ $50/hour).
